Jitter Value |
- Where to find it:
- Add Adjustment Layer / Extension Pack / Color Correction /
- NodeGraph / Right Mouse Click / Nodes / Filter / Extension Pack / Color Correction /
The Jitter Value Node allows you to gain and offset an input value randomly based on a supplied signal value
|
Please note that in order for the node to work, a jitter signal needs to be supplied via the Nodegraph Signal Port |
Node Overview |
Node Ports |
- Input
Supplies the Color or Texture that you want to jitter
- Min / Max Offset
A value for the minimum and maximum Offset (addition, subtraction) to jitter between. If these ports are mapped the corresponding
sliders in the node are no longer evaluated
- Min / Max Gain
A value for the minimum and maximum Gain (multiplication) to jitter between. If these ports are mapped the corresponding
sliders in the node are no longer evaluated
This is the core value that needs to be supplied in order for the node to work correctly.
It can be for example a noise, material ID Map etc. that can be used as a blend value for
Min/Max Saturation, Hue and Gain
Please note, this Jitter Signal can be different for red, green and blue. The red channel is used as a signal
for Saturation Jitter, the green Channel for Hue Jitter and the Blue Channel for Gain Jittering.
