The Mari 6 Roller Brush is missing

If you first launched Extension Pack with Mari 6, you might encounter a case where the Mari 6 Roller Brush is missing from the Tools Toolbar

Why is it missing ?

If in the past you used Extension Pack's own version of the Tools Toolbar (by changing a preference), an old version of the Toolbar might be installed

on your system.

Solution 1: Restart Mari

Extension Pack on first start should detect an outdated installed toolbar and update it.

The update will take effect after a Mari Restart.

Solution 2: Toggle Preferences

Open the Mari Preferences and go to the Misc Tab.

At the bottom under the "Tools Toolbar" Preference, set the Dropdown to 'Extension Pack', then back to 'Mari Default'.

This will force refresh the toolbar after a Mari Restart

Solution 3: Manually delete an old toolbar

The Toolbar is installed to your Mari Settings directory.

In that directory delete the file

DefaultToolbars.conf

and restart Mari.

Mari will fall back to its default Toolbar located inside its installation
