Pause Viewport Update |

- Shortcut: Ctrl + Space
Pause Viewport Update will prevent the viewport from being updated.
This can greatly increase the speed of operations such as reordering of layers, creating layers etc. that don't need visual feedback for each
operation.
While the viewport is deactivated a spinning wheel will be visible in its place:
A new icon will appear in the lower right hand corner of your Mari Window indicating that the Viewport has been paused:
